The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of everything, allowing easy access to all that Lisbon has to offer. The rooms are clean and spacious, and some even offer beautiful views of Rossio Square. The staff goes above and beyond, offering a warm welcome with complimentary pastries and port wine. The buffet breakfast is delicious and the facilities are top-notch.

The staff at Nicola Rossio were really good too ensure a pleasant stay. We were welcomed with pastel de nata and port, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake on my special day. The hotel's location near Rossio Square was perfect, offering a central yet quiet setting. The recently-renovated room had modern decor and a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the air conditioning worked well. We were also pleased with the courtesy of providing Oporto vine and pastel de nata. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and prime location.
We encountered a slight issue with a smell in the bathroom, but the hotel promptly resolved it when we reported it. we would have appreciated a residents bar on the premises, although there is a cafe next door.

The reception staff were courteous and helpful. Plentiful and varied breakfast buffet. Delicious pastries. Central location for easy navigation. Modern and nice room. Really good housekeeping. Amazing view. Coffee machine in the room.
